"I believe in making non profits and businesses better —authentic, peaceful, sustainable, inclusive and happy — in English y en español."

Mas About Me:

I was born in Amarillo, Texas, and I lived my whole life in Chihuahua, Chihuahua, Mexico. I didn’t care for being Mexican until I moved to NC for college. Something happens when you move or travel, you become the place you call home. I saw myself in Mexico and Mexico in me. It’s a broken place, and its richness lies in its brokenness. It’s a happy place. It's the place that gave me all the tools to immigrate to a strange Country and pursue my dreams. I took two buses to go to community college to learn English 3 times a week while working over 60 hours a week in two different jobs. I don't know how it happened, one morning I woke up, looked in the mirror, and saw all the brown people that cross the river for a better life. They are me. I am them. And I know it's nonsense to say otherwise. I am, for better or worse, some strange breed of immigrant; US born, Chihuahua raised and Southern.

In NC I eventually went to High Point University where I graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing degree. I worked in corporate America for 6 years, been restless most of my life, I spent the majority of my 20′s dissatisfied, trying to heal from an eating disorder, married, divorced,  and chasing some sort of American dream. But, as late twenty-somethings do I calmed down and moved to India, where I volunteered and went to yoga school. This is where I found my calling and my hunger to be purely happy.

Working as a content creator makes the business of everyday living not just beautiful but interesting. I have to go deeper with each brand that I work with and get insights that no one, just me, can see. My reason para vivir.  I’m not in it for the pretty. I’m in it for contrast and the unknown, the counter-intuitive, the strange, and the dark. I’m a bruja that prays at night and sings to the moon and the sun.

So, I’m not an agency. I love clothes and shoes to the point that I may start a #maximist movement,  I misspell things and I say the word "shit" too often. I often feel out of place, and social anxiety is a real thing. I have faith that there are companies that are more interested in human beings and real life than some staged fantasy or deceptively tidy fake life. Don’t get me wrong, I like pretty.  But I’m not interested in an aseptic silence that avoids discomfort in the name of pretty.

At my core I believe that we need to create strong communities that support and admire a brand. Communications with heart is the key to find the most effective means of connection, whether that's social media, dynamic visual communications or via any number of interpersonal engagement opportunities.

When I’m not behind a screen scrolling thru Instagram, reading about Facebook's new algorithm, or posting on twitter, I can usually be found volunteering for my favorite non profits.  That’s why you’ll find everything here: a hard working human, professionalism, simple, a big heart & all the support that you need. For me, curating social media is just part of the larger picture of living my dream.

My approach is inclusive, diverse, and always brings as many people as possible into the fold. That's how I work and how we get results. Now, what can I do for you? Because I’m here to help.
